GDR Solutions celebrates success with First Great Western |

GDR Solutions, working in partnership with Wiltshire College, and national Train operator First Great Western's Putting Customers First Programme are proud to announce that Marlon Henry at Reading station, and Adam Perryman at Bristol Temple Meads have become the first two candidates to attain a prestigious qualification in Customer Service.
They were presented with their certificates at a special ceremony held during National Customer Service Week by First Great Western Managing Director Mark Hopwood, GDR Solutions Managing Director Gareth Roberts and Jeff Ford, Membership Director (South West) for the Institute of Customer Service. First Great Western Managing Director, Mark Hopwood, said: “We are very proud of Marlon and Adam’s achievement. This qualification has strengthened his skills to help him do his job well and deliver quality service to customers. Customers are at the forefront of everything we do and we expect many more of our colleagues to achieve this qualification over the next year. “  GDR Solutions Managing Director, Gareth Roberts, said: “I am delighted to be presenting these qualifications to Adam and Marlon, in recognition of the excellent work and commitment that they have shown to completing their NVQ” |
